Northern Ireland
is now Peaceful and nearly 4,000 are dead

What is a criminal? - A
common criminal is someone who goes against the law of the land
in which they reside or the land in which they find themselves and
who commits a crime against law abiding people. A Common IRA Criminal
is someone who has been or still is a member of the IRA.
Therefore the second minister Martin
McGuinness who admits to being in the IRA is a Common Criminal.
From 12 midnight on the 8th May 2007 we the people of Northern
Ireland will be able to govern ourselves away from the constraints
and petty decisions taken by Englishmen/women who may be able to
govern England but certainly not Northern Ireland past or present.
What a price we the people of Northern Ireland paid for locally
elected politicians. Nearly 4,000 dead, criminals release from prison
who committed heinous and violent crimes many committing multiple
cold blooded murder and serving less than 24 months in jail. Now
they want their crimes erased from the history books so they can
seek jobs and their employers not knowing if the person they are
hiring is a good man/woman or a cold blooded murderer. Is this the
way a democratic society ought to be run and govern? This is a travesty
for all right thinking democrats no matter what their race, colour,
creed or beliefs.
We and our children are now going to be govern by those republicans
who brought murder and mayhem into the cities, towns, villages and
peoples homes as they murdered men, women and children in front
of relatives most of the people they murdered where civilians and
where not armed or belong to the security forces. Construction workers
and men doing a honest days work murdered for the great so called
'Island of Ireland'. What a bloody shambles.
These cold blooded republicans not so long ago the Architects of
death and destruction against the Protestant community are now going
to be ruling over those they murdered for example the Police. While
as serving MLA's in Stormont they rule the Police they are not allowed
to join the Police due to their heinous crimes carried out against
the Police.
Sinn Fein/IRA murdered many innocent people leading normal lives
as they tried to defend democracy and hold on to a civilian job
at the same time. Many people served in the Police reserve and in
the UDR full and part time. No wonder many look back and think what
was the point?
The British Government led by Blair have committed a terrible crime
and handed a part of the United Kingdom over to terrorists who are
now in Government and who will rule those they murdered and maimed.
As a democrat I find this totally repugnant. If you are to build
or grow you must build on firm ground or plant good quality seed.
If you build on moving sand and plant bad seed you shall eventually
reap what you sow. How many times have we all heard those words?
But the point is these words are true and will be proven to be true
in the years to come.
As for Sinn Fein/IRA the question must be asked why did you not
go down the democratic road and pursue a political path as you would
be exactly where you are now and there would be no 4,000 people
in graveyards throughout Northern Ireland and beyond. More to the
point there would be no killers or bombers in Government as I am
sure you know this is totally repugnant and does not bode well for
a future peaceful Northern Ireland.
One cannot help but think when will the next phase of the so called
great Sinn Fein/IRA struggle begin and what will they call this
so called new group of terrorists who are veterans of the Sinn Fein,
IRA, CIRA, RIRA, INLA and a host of other Irish named terrorist
organisations.
While the British Government may be beaten and the elected democrats
say YES, YES, YES instead of Never, Never, Never we the people of
Northern Ireland shall as democrats follow the democratic path but
we shall not be forced in any way into a so called all-Ireland by
any Sinn Fein/IRA group or newly form republican group who believe
they see 2016 as a defining date within the Island of Ireland.
As a man once said today's terrorist is tomorrow's moderate, and
it certainly rings true concerning the decisions reached by some
political parties.
