Sinn Fein MLA Jennifer McCann who sits in Government in Stormont
has with their twisted wisdom and republican ideology decided to
pay tribute to IRA bomber and common criminal Mairead Farrell.
Jennifer McCann MLA wants to commemorate the life of IRA terrorist
and common criminal Mairead Farrell, in the Government buildings
of Stormont on -
"International Women's
Day"
Mairead Farrell was shot dead by the SAS 20 years ago along
with two other Sinn Fein/IRA common criminals and murderers in Gibraltar.
The fourth suspected bomber Siobhan O'Hanlon, escaped from the SAS
and later became note taker for Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams
during meetings in the run-up to the signing of the Belfast Agreement.
In a follow up search in Gibraltar after the SAS had shot dead
the three IRA terrorist insurgents and common criminals. 140Ibs
of Semtex explosives and 200 rounds of Kalashnikov ammunition was
found in the car rented by Mairead Farrell.
No true peaceful democrat in Northern Ireland is interested in
the past life of IRA member Mairead Farrell whose only purpose in
her short life was to bring death and misery to many innocent people
- bombs do not discriminate between between old or young and many
would have died only for the heroic actions of the SAS team in Gibraltar
as they shot down and eradicated the Sinn Fein/IRA rats as they
wiped out a team of Sinn Fein/IRA blood thirsty common criminals.
How dare Sinn Fein member Jennifer McCann even suggest commemorating
the life of IRA member Mairead Farrell, who was nothing more than
a terrorist and common criminal and would be bomber of civilians
on the Rock at Gibraltar.
Mairead Farrell joined the Provisional IRA and was arrested after
planting a bomb at a hotel. Her IRA boyfriend was shot dead when
they tried to escape by stealing the car of a off duty police officer.
She served a lenghty prison sentence which included 18 days on hunger
strike.
Contrast the evil
of Mairead Farrell with the life of an innocent civilian Joanne
Mathers below
Lets us look at a life worth commemorating and that is the life
of mother and wife Joanne Mathers, an innocent mother brutally murdered
by Sinn Fein/IRA as she went about her job of collecting census
forms in the Gobnascale area in Londonderry.
On April 7 1981, Joanne Mathers knocked on a door
at Anderson Crescent in the Gobnascale area of Londonderry.
As the householder opened the door, a hooded IRA gunman approached
from the rear of the property and shot her in the head.
In an effort to survive, Joanne managed to get into the hallway
as the homeowner bravely tried to slam the door on the gunman.
But the IRA man's bloodlust was up and the IRA killer pursued his
quarry into the house where he brushed aside the man before shooting
Joanne Mathers several more times in the head, taking what little
life was left in her young body.
This woman was a civilian and unarmed and totally defenceless doing
her daily job. Joanne Mathers was a town planner and was married
to a farmer with a young child. The couple lived on the family farm
at Tamnabrine, near Strabane. She had taken a break from a promising
career to raise their baby son. But farming in north Tyrone was
never lucrative and in the Spring of 1981, Joanne took a job as
a census collector to help make ends meet. Her pay was £5
per day.
Minutes before she died, Joanne Mathers arrived at the Anderson
Crescent home of the Carlin family. She was in a state of alarm
and explained that she had been threatened.
Willie Carlin, a senior Sinn Fein member was in the house visiting
his mother. He calmed the young mum's fears and guaranteed her safety
while she went about the rest of her business.
Carlin gave Joanne a glass of water and when she had regained her
composure, he walked her to the door and pointed out other houses
in the street where she would be welcomed.
A committed Christian, Joanne pressed Carlin's arm with her hand
and said: "God bless you.", as she once more set about
the business of collecting much -needed data for the democratic
process. Those were her last words.
Because as she was sipping water in the Carlin home, the IRA man
who had threatened in the street was busy making a telephone call
asking permission to execute her . A senior republican, who today
holds a very important post in the Legislative Assembly at Stormont,
gave he go-ahead for Joanne Mather's murder.
Twenty years later, almost to the day,
Sinn Fein through its then National Chairman Mitchel McLaughlin,
issued a statement urging republican supporters to cooperate
with the 2001 census.
Joanne Mathers is buried in Mountfield Cemetery, near her home
in rural Co. Tyrone.
Joanne Mathers is a far better candidate for "International
Women's day" as she was a daughter of loving parents,
a wife to a loving husband and a mother to her young child. Yet
Sinn Fein/IRA shot her dead for collecting census forms. Joanne
Mathers deserves to be remembered and so do many others too numerous
to mention who have been murdered by Sinn Fein/IRA common criminals
and terrorist insurgents.
Joanne Mathers was a law abiding citizen and a great asset to the
community.
On the other hand IRA member Mairead Farrell was an IRA member
prepared to bomb and murder many innocent people regardless of age,
gender or position in society.
Below is the imbecilic
equation of Irish republicanism, like a diseased Irish joke of
yesteryear:
Murder + Failure
= Celebration
